At Poels, we are specialists in high-quality interior finishing and joinery on large sites throughout Belgium. From hospitals and labs to care homes and offices, we make finishing a success time and again. To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced, hands-on foreman in finishing/joinery.

What will you do?

• You are actively present on the site and get hands-on.
• You ensure that projects run according to schedule, budget and quality standards.
• You monitor safety and ensure that everyone can work smoothly in a well-organised way.
• You communicate clearly and effectively with project leaders and other stakeholders.

What do we expect from you?

• You have extensive experience in finishing and/or joinery.
• You are a true team player with leadership skills.
• You can communicate clearly in Dutch; knowledge of other languages such as English or French is a plus.
• You work practically in a solution-oriented way, and love clear communication.
• You are flexible and willing to work on sites across Belgium.
